Kingfisher PLC 27 January 2005 For immediate release Thursday 27 January 2005 Kingfisher plc Director Retires Following the announcement in November 2003 that Bill Whiting intended to step down from the Board in early 2005, Kingfisher today confirms that he has tendered his resignation as a director of Kingfisher plc and will leave the Board on 28 January 2005. He will continue to work as a part-time executive with the company until his retirement at the end of March.
