Exercise of Options

Arden was notified on 8 April 2011 that Jonathan Keeling, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has exercised on the same day options over 490,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares"), which had been granted to him under the Arden Partners Share Plan 2007 at an exercise price of 10 pence per Ordinary Share. The exercise of these options will be satisfied through the issue of new Ordinary Shares, as previously announced today.

Director's holding

As a result of the above transaction, Jonathan Keeling now owns 1,706,881 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.9% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares. 

24,842,129 Ordinary Shares with voting rights has been used as the denominator for the calculations of the interests in the issued Ordinary Share capital of Arden.
