Arden announces that it was informed yesterday by Mr Mark Braddock that on the same day he sold 150,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").  As a result of this transaction, his holding has decreased from 4.58% to 3.94% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.  He continues to hold 924,207 Ordinary Shares.

23,468,315 Ordinary Shares with voting rights has been used as the denominator for the calculations of the interests in the issued Ordinary Share capital of Arden.
