Appointment of Director

BrainJuicer is pleased to announce that Alex Batchelor, the Company's existing Chief Operating Officer, has been elected to join the Company's Board as an Executive Director with immediate effect.

Alex Batchelor, aged 44, has been Chief Operating Officer of the Company since February 2010, responsible for account management and operations. Previously to joining BrainJuicer, Alex held the positions of Chief Marketing Officer for TomTom and Marketing Director for Royal Mail for over 3 years. He graduated from Oxford University with a MA in Modern History and is currently Chairman of the Marketing Society.

Alex Batchelor is currently director of JJEPGA Ltd and the Marketing Society and has held no other directorships in the last five years.

No further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
