Elektron plc (the "Company") was notified on 9th November 2010 that, following an acquisition of 6,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 5th November 2010, Montoya Investments Limited has increased its holding to 6,300,000 ordinary shares. This holding represents approximately 5.9% of the total voting rights in the Company.
