Holdings in Company

The Company received notification on 5 October 2010 that following a purchase on the 1 October 2010, BlackRock Inc. in aggregate holds 1,000,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 8.03% of the issued share capital of the Company. The Company has also received notification that contained in this holding, BlackRock Smaller Companies Trust PLC directly holds 575,000 ordinary shares, representing 4.62% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company currently holds 660,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each as treasury shares and the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue is 12,453,114.
