Director's shareholding
The Company has been notified that on 27th September 2010, Geoff Spink, Group Finance Director of the Company, acquired 125,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 32 pence per share.
As a result of this transaction, Mr Spink's shareholding in the Company is 125,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.12% per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
