Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")

Kingfisher plc (the "Company") notifies the market that the Company was advised on 14 July 2010 that Kevin O'Byrne (a director and PDMR of the Company) has acquired an interest in 2,106 Ordinary shares of the Company through the Company's dividend reinvestment plan. The shares were acquired on 12 July 2010 at an average price of 216 pence per share.
