Elektron announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2010 and Notice of Annual General Meeting have today been posted to shareholders.

The 2010 Annual General Meeting will be held at 3.00pm on 29 July 2010 at the Company's registered office.
