Notification of a Transaction by a Director/Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR)

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1), Kingfisher plc ("the Company") notifies the market that the Company was advised on 7 May 2010 that Andrew Bonfield, a Director of the Company and a PDMR, had acquired an interest in 10,000 shares of the Company. The shares were acquired on 7 May 2010 at a price of 245.153 pence per share, and are registered in the name of TD Waterhouse Nominees (Europe) Limited.  

Following the above transaction, Mr Bonfield's total beneficial holding in the Company is 10,000 shares.
