Timetable for Issue of Warrants

 

 

PME African Infrastructure Opportunities plc, an investment company established to invest in sub-Saharan African infrastructure and infrastructure related industries, announces that, further to the Warrant Price Adjustment announcement made on 26 February 2010, the 1,193,042 new warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares of USD0.01 each in the Company ("Warrants") will be admitted to trading on AIM on 22 March 2010.  The relevant dates for the issue of the new Warrants are set out below:

 

Record date:      23 February 2010

Ex date:            22 March 2010

 

As a result of the date of admission to trading on AIM of the new Warrants, holders of warrants in uncertificated form will have their CREST accounts credited for value on 22 March 2010, not 19 March 2010 as previously notified.
