Statement re Board Changes
Sportech, an international betting and technology business, announces the following changes to its board of directors (the "Board"), effective 31 May 2022.
Ben Warn has decided to step down from his role as Non-Executive Director and will not stand for re-election at the AGM on 31st May 2022.
Ben joined Sportech in June 2020 and during his term supported the transformational change in the Group. He brought significant betting, gaming and technology experience to the role and served on various subcommittees, including chairing the Remco in recent years.
The Board thanks Mr Warn for his considerable service to the Company during his tenure.
Ben Warn said: "I am extremely proud of what we achieved through incredibly challenging global conditions, since I joined the Board, and wish the Group continued success."
