Keywords Studios, the international technical and creative services provider to the global video games industry, confirms that David Reeves, following the completion of nine years' service as an independent Non-Executive Director, has retired from his position as a Director of the Company at its Annual General Meeting held today, 20 May 2022.

David's roles as Chair of the Remuneration Committee and Senior Independent Director are taken over by Marion Sears and Charlotta Ginman respectively.
