Director/PDMR Shareholding
Volex plc (AIM:VLX) announces that it was notified on Tuesday 17 May 2022 that NR Holdings Ltd purchased 5,000 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each in the Company on Tuesday 17 May 2022, at an average price of £2.448 per share. Following this purchase, Nat Rothschild, Executive Chairman of the Company, a beneficiary of NR Holdings Ltd, will be interested in 38,934,581 Ordinary Shares, representing 24.53% of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company.
This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 which has effect in English law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
