Keywords Studios, the international technical and creative services provider to the global video games industry, today announces that due to personal circumstances, Sonia Lashand Sedler has left the Company, her position on the Board, and her role as Chief Operating Officer, with immediate effect.

The Group has strong leadership in place following the appointment of Bertrand Bodson in December 2021 who is well supported by the Group's Chief Financial Officer, Jon Hauck, and an exceptional service line and regional leadership team.

As previously announced, the Group will publish its full year results for the year ended 31 December 2021 on 30 March 2022 when it will update on its current trading and confidence in delivering on market expectations for the full year.
