CORRECTION: Director/PDMR Shareholding
The following amendment has been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 4 January 2022 at 13:31pm under RNS No 3900X.
In paragraph 1 of the announcement and sections 4 c) and 4 e) of the PDMR form the date of the transaction should read 31 December 2021 and not 29 December 2021 as previously stated.
All other details remain unchanged.

IQGEO Group plc (LSE:IQG, "Company" or "IQGEO") received notification on 04 January 2022 from Kestrel Partners LLP ("Kestrel") that on the 31 December 2021 Kestrel had purchased, on behalf of its discretionary clients, an aggregate of 25,000 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Shares") in the Company at an average price of £1.28 per share for accounts managed by Kestrel.
Mr Royde is a partner of, and holds a beneficial interest in, Kestrel. Mr Royde is also a shareholder in Kestrel Opportunities and is therefore deemed to have a beneficial interest in Kestrel Opportunities' entire legal holding in IQGEO.
Following this transaction, Kestrel Opportunities holds (and consequently Mr Royde is deemed to have a beneficial interest in) 10,760,852 Shares in the Company, and other clients of Kestrel, in which Mr Royde has no beneficial interest hold 4,214,600 Shares in the Company.
On a combined basis, Kestrel indirectly holds voting rights over 14,975,452 Shares in the Company, which represents 26.04 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
