Correction: Issue of Shares
Keywords Studios, the international technical and creative services provider to the global video games industry, today announces that 68,608 new ordinary shares have been issued to the vendor of TV+SYNCRON Berlin GmbH ("TVS") in respect of the deferred share consideration due on the anniversary of TVS being acquired.
Since the acquisition, the shares to be issued relating to TVS have been fully represented in the reported earnings per share numbers through the basic and diluted weighted average denominators used.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 68,608 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Admission of the new shares is expected to take place at 8:00am on 02 October 2020. The Company's total issued share capital following admission will consist of 73,963,867 ordinary shares of one pence each with one voting right per share. The above figure of 73,963,867 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company following admission.
