Board change
Bilby Plc (AIM: BILB), a leading gas heating, electrical and building services provider, announces that David Johnson has notified the Board of his intention to not stand for re-election as a Non-Executive Director at the Annual General Meeting today. Accordingly, ordinary resolution 5, outlined in the 2020 Annual Report, to re-appoint David Johnson as a Director of the Company will not be put to shareholders.
David has served as a Non-Executive Director since joining the Board in 2014 presiding as Chair of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Audit Committee.
