Notice of Annual General Meeting

Sportech (LSE: SPO), an international betting technology business, announces the Notice convening the Company's 2020 Annual General Meeting ('2020 AGM'), was mailed to shareholders on Friday, 29 May 2020.

The Notice of the 2020 AGM is available on the investor relations section of the Group's website at www.sportechplc.com/investors/shareholder-information/meetings-and-voting.  A copy of the document has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.

The Group's Annual Report and Accounts for 2020 was posted to shareholders in April 2020 and is available on the investor relations section of the Group's website at www.sportechplc.com/investors/results.  A copy of the document has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and is available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.

Sportech also announces that its 2020 AGM will be held on Friday, 26 June 2020.  The meeting will be held at Archerfield House, Archerfield, Dirleton, East Lothian EH39 5HU, commencing at 10.00 a.m.

Unfortunately, due to the Stay at Home Measures implemented by the Government which prohibit the gathering of more than two people, shareholders will not be able to attend in person.  As such, the Company strongly recommends that shareholders exercise their vote by Proxy and should they wish to raise any questions with the Board that these be submitted by email to 2020agm@sportechplc.com.  Any questions will be addressed in the normal way, pursuant to explanatory note 15 at the end of the Notice of the 2020 AGM.  Shareholders are requested to submit any questions that they may have, in good time, ahead of the meeting.

In the event that the arrangements for the 2020 AGM have to change due to the evolving COVID-19 situation, the Company will issue a further communication via the regulatory news service.
