In compliance with Listing Rule 9.2.6 ER(1), Sportech has submitted to the National Storage Mechanism a copy of its Articles of Association which will be shortly available for inspection at https://www.fca.org.uk/markets/primary-markets/regulatory-disclosures/national-storage-mechanism.
The Company's Articles of Association is the document that sets out the principal terms and conditions attaching to its Ordinary Shares.
