Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Yü Group PLC (AIM; YU.), the independent supplier of gas, electricity and water to the UK business sector, announces that copies of the Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting are available to download from the Investors / Financial Reports section of the Company's website at www.yugroupplc.com.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 and Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders today. The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11.30a.m. on Thursday 21 May 2020 at the head office of the Group, CPK House, 2 Horizon Place, Nottingham Business Park, Mellors Way, Nottingham, NG8 6PY.

Following the UK Government's introduction of social distancing measures and guidance on non-essential travel and public gatherings, the Company will not be able to hold the AGM in the normal way and as such shareholders will not be permitted to attend the AGM in person.

The Group Chairman would like to make the following statement in relation to the AGM:

"The health of the Company's shareholders, as well as its employees, is of paramount importance and the Board has been closely monitoring the evolving coronavirus (Covid-19) situation. The Company is taking these precautionary measures to safeguard its shareholders' and employees' health and make the AGM as safe and efficient as possible in these unprecedented times.

The Board encourages shareholders to submit their proxy form as early as possible by post or electronically as detailed in the notes to the notice of AGM and the proxy form. To ensure that their vote counts, shareholders should only appoint the Chairman of the AGM to act as their proxy.

In view of the restrictions on attendance, shareholders can submit questions for the Board prior to the AGM by email to AGM@yugroupplc.com. The Board will endeavour to answer such questions by publishing responses on the Company's website as soon as practical after the AGM.

In view of the evolving nature of the pandemic, the Board encourages shareholders to monitor the Investors section of the Company's website (www.yugroupplc.com) and regulatory news services for any updates regarding the arrangements of the AGM."
