Issue of Equity

Elecosoft plc (AIM: ELCO), the AIM-listed construction software specialist, advises that Andreas Fänger, Head of Development, ESIGN Software GmbH, has been issued 27,747 new ordinary shares in the Company to reward his personal service and effort to the Group over several years.

Application has been made for 27,747 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to become effective on 24 December 2019. Following Admission, Elecosoft will have 82,239,650 Ordinary Shares in issue. All Ordinary Shares shall have equal voting rights and none of the Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company immediately following Admission will therefore be 82,239,650.
