Result of General Meeting

IQGeo Group plc (AIM: IQG), a leading developer of geospatial software for the telecommunications and utility industries, is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held earlier today, the special resolution required to implement the Tender Offer (the "Tender Offer Resolution") was duly passed.

Following approval of the Tender Offer Resolution, it is expected that the results of the Tender Offer will be announced on or around 2 September 2019.
