Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Sportech, the international betting technology business, announces that the Group's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2018 and the Notice convening the Group's 2019 Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), were mailed to shareholders on Friday, 12 April 2019.
The Group's Annual Report and Accounts for 2018 and Notice of the 2019 AGM are available on the investor relations section of the Group's website at www.sportechplc.com/investors/results and www.sportechplc.com/investors/shareholder-information/meetings-and-voting respectively. Copies of the documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
Sportech also announces that its 2019 AGM will be held on Wednesday, 22 May 2019. The meeting will be held at the offices of Buchanan Communications, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN, commencing at 10.00 a.m.
