CONFIRMATION OF VENUE FOR INVESTOR EVENT

Zanaga Iron Ore Company ("ZIOC" or the "Company") (AIM:ZIOC) announces that, further to the Company's announcement of 28 February 2019, the investor presentation and project update event on Thursday 28 March 2019 will take place in the Auditorium of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, Adelaide House, London Bridge, London, EC4R 9HA, United Kingdom.

The event will commence at 17:30 GMT.

For those wishing to attend in person, please inform the Company by email to (info@zanagairon.com) in order for the Company to ensure appropriate seating is made available. Walk-in attendance will also be permitted with photo identification.

An updated investor presentation will be made available on the Company's website prior to the event, however the event will not be streamed or broadcasted.
