Exercise of Options

Yü Group PLC (AIM: YU.), the independent supplier of gas, electricity and water to the UK corporate sector, announces that is has made has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of 13,500 new ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("New Shares") to satisfy the exercise of options granted under the Yü Group PLC Employee Share Option Plan.

The New Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 6 March 2019.

Following this admission, the Group's share capital and total voting rights will comprise 16,281,055 ordinary shares of 0.5p each and the Group does not hold any shares in treasury. Consequently, 16,281,055 is the figure which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
