ANNOUNCEMENT OF INVESTOR EVENT AND PROJECT UPDATE

Zanaga Iron Ore Company ("ZIOC" or the "Company") (AIM:ZIOC) would like to welcome existing shareholders and other investors to attend an investor presentation and project update event that will take place at 17:30 on Thursday 28 March 2019 in central London.

An updated investor presentation will be made available on the Company's website prior to the event. Dial in details will be provided via RNS closer to the time for those wishing to join by teleconference, however the event will not be streamed or broadcasted.
