The Company has been informed that, Harry Hill, Non-Executive Deputy chairman, today purchased a total of 5,000 ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the Group at a price of 60.12 pence per share.
Following the purchase, Mr Hill's holding in Hunters is 82,505 ordinary shares, representing 0.26% of Hunters' total voting rights of 31,827,088 Ordinary Shares as announced by the Company on 8 May.
