At 3 May 2018 the Company's issued share capital consisted of 283,201,033 Ordinary Shares of no par value. The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

This figure includes 4,424,503 Ordinary Shares of no par value.  These have been issued since 1 January 2018 as a result of the exercise of share options awarded as part of the management share incentive scheme put in place in 2014.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 283,201,033 This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
