Posting of Notice to Warrantholders


PME African Infrastructure Opportunities plc, an investment company established to invest in sub-Saharan African infrastructure and infrastructure related industries, announces that it has posted a notice to the holders of warrants to subscribe for ordinary shares of 1c each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") ("Warrantholders")advising them that they will have the right to execute their subscription rights to subscribe for Ordinary Shares at a price of US$1.25 per share, no more than 30 days after the date on which the audited accounts of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2008 are despatched to shareholders. Confirmation of the despatch of the audited accounts to shareholders will be announced via RNS on the date of despatch.

     Bouma, CEO of PMEIM.
