Arden Partners plc (the "Company")

EBT Disposal

The Company was notified by the trustees of Arden Partners Employee Benefit Trust Limited (the "Trust") that the Trust today disposed of 450,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 46 pence per Ordinary Share to employees. Following this disposal, the Trust holds 369,600 Ordinary Shares representing 1.5 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
