Directorate Change and Appointment of Co-Broker

UK Oil & Gas Investments PLC (London AIM & NEX: UKOG) is delighted to make two key announcements:

* Cenkos Securities plc have been appointed as joint broker

* Appointment of Allen D Howard as Non-Executive Director of the Company

UKOG is pleased to announce that it has appointed Cenkos Securities plc to act as its joint corporate broker with immediate effect.

Allen Dee Howard, aged 39, has been appointed as Non-Executive Director. Allen is Senior Vice President of Houston-based Premier Oilfield Laboratories, having previously been Chief Operating Officer of well analysis experts Nutech. Allen also held senior positions with Schlumberger. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Mays Business School in Texas.

There are no other matters which are required to be announced pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 to the AIM Rules.
