Trakm8, the AIM listed telematics and data insight provider to the global market place, was notified today of the following sale and purchase transfers in its ordinary shares of one penny each ("Ordinary Shares") on 13 December 2016 by Linda Watkins, wife of and a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") with John Watkins, Executive Chairman of the Company:

· 26,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 110 pence per Ordinary Share from her own direct personal holding to her self invested personal pension ("SIPP"); and

· 37,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 110 pence per Ordinary Share from her own direct personal holding to John Watkins' SIPP.

Following this transaction, Mr Watkins' total beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 5,774,344 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 17.7% of the Company's issued share capital.
