Safety & Security Systems for 165 Bedroom Student Accommodation in London

Westminster Group Plc ('Westminster'), the AIM listed supplier of system solutions and products to the security, defence, fire protection and safety markets worldwide, announces that it has been awarded a contract to secure a large student accommodation building in London, UK.

The contract secured by Westminster's UK subsidiary, RMS, is valued at circa £150,000 and is to provide a range of Safety and Security systems to a large student accommodation block in London consisting of 165 bedrooms and 14 common rooms. Systems to be installed include Access Control Systems, Closed Circuit TV Surveillance, Video Door Entry Systems and a Voice/Data & IP TV Network throughout the building.

The contract will commence with immediate effect and be completed during 2009.

Commenting on the latest contract award, Peter Fowler, Chief Executive of Westminster Group, said:
