Purchase of own shares

SThree plc announces that on 25 November 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 133.9667 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 138.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 129.375 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 121,822,705 ordinary shares of 1p each.
