Purchase of own shares

SThree plc announces that on 20 November 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 40,995 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 137.7202 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 139.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 135.625 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 121,959,872 ordinary shares of 1p each.
