Purchase of own shares

SThree plc announces that on 19 November 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 144.3338 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 147.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 141.50 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 122,000,867 ordinary shares of 1p each.
