Purchase of own shares

SThree plc announces that on 18 November 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 54,291 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 147.0887 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 150.00 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 143.25 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 122,050,867 ordinary shares of 1p each.
