Purchase of own shares

SThree plc announces that on 17 November 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 36,660 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 151.1892 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 156.50 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 147.75 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 122,105,158 ordinary shares of 1p each.
