Purchase of own shares

SThree plc announces that on 11 November 2008, it purchased for cancellation, 147,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 159.963 pence per share.

The highest price paid was 160 pence per share and the lowest price paid was 157.5 pence per share.

For confirmation the Company's issued capital is now 122,225,292 ordinary shares of 1p each.
