Posting of circular re proposed capital reduction and notice of general meeting

Yü Group PLC, the independent supplier of gas and electricity to the UK corporate sector, announces that it has posted to shareholders a circular ("Circular") regarding a proposed capital reduction and notice of general meeting. 

The Circular has been published further to the statement in the Company's AIM Admission Document dated 11 March 2016, confirming its intention to undertake a reduction of its share premium account in order to create distributable reserves and facilitate the ability to make future payment of dividends. 

The Circular contains details of the general meeting to be held at 11.30 a.m. on 26 May 2016 at the offices of DLA Piper, 3 Noble Street, London, EC2V 7EE. A copy of the Circular, dated 29 April 2016, is available of the Company's website: www.yugroupplc.com.
