PME announced the results of the recent tender offer to acquire up to 38,376,948 ordinary shares of US$0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of US$0.20 per Ordinary Share on 1 December 2015 (the "Tender Offer").
The Company now announces that it has today been notified that, following the Tender Offer, Qatar Investment Authority ("QIA") now controls, directly or indirectly, 15,443,327 Ordinary Shares - as set out in the table below. This holding represents 37.69% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
