Director Dealings

Adgorithms announces that it has today received notification that the following purchases of ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") took place on 23 December 2015:

·    John Allwood, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 35,000 Ordinary Shares at 28.14 pence per Ordinary Share.

·    Lisa Gordon, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 53,000 Ordinary Shares at 28.14 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transactions, John Allwood holds 35,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company and Lisa Gordon holds 53,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.09 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
