Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 09 April 2015 it purchased for cancellation 238,371 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch. The price paid was 365.64 pence per such ordinary share.
