Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 07 April 2015 it purchased for cancellation 237,885 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch. The price paid was 366.83 pence per such ordinary share.
