Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 31 March 2015 it purchased for cancellation 4,788 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch. The price paid was 377.00 pence per such ordinary share.
