Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 27 March 2015 it purchased for cancellation 232,813 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch. The price paid was 357.88 pence per such ordinary share.
