Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 25 March 2015 it purchased for cancellation 227,245 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch. The price paid was 365.25 pence per such ordinary share.
