Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 16 March 2015 it purchased for cancellation 230,798 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch. The price paid was 360.21 pence per such ordinary share.
