Director's Dealings

The Board of Elektron announces that on Friday 1 August Keith Daley, Chairman, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 11.5 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Daley is now interested in 2,900,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.4 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
